A branch manager oversees the daily operations of a specific branch, ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company policies. They lead and motivate a team, develop and implement business strategies, and manage financial resources.
Responsibility
Key responsibilities include Strong leadership and skills to foster teamwork; develop and motivate staff, resolve conflicts as well as ability to provide direction in order to achieve organizational objectives. • Good customer relationship management skills (internal and external customers) • Risk awareness and focus - demonstrates understanding of risk management practices, standards and regulatory requirements. • Effective stakeholder management.
Qualifications
BA/MA in Accounting, Management, Economics, Banking and Finance, and Business Administration. Basic Computer Skills is mandatory.
